Can meditation make me less ambitious?

It will make you less frantic, not less capable. Much ambition is fear wearing a suit: if I stop pushing, I disappear. Sitting quietly lets that fear show itself, and some goals fall away because they were never yours. What remains gets your full attention instead of your anxiety. You may work just as hard and sleep better. Next time you open your laptop for work, take one breath and ask: am I running toward this, or away from something?
This was one stranger’s question. In the app, you sit, say what is actually going on, and the teacher answers you, in a voice, privately. The first dokusan is free.
