How can I practise when I have small children and no quiet time?

Your children are not interrupting the practice. They are the practice. Quiet was never the point; attention is. When a small hand pulls your sleeve, that tug is the bell. Turn fully toward it. When you pour milk, only pour milk. When you wipe a face, feel the cloth, the warmth, the squirm. You will forget a hundred times a day. Each remembering counts. Today, choose one task you repeat with them, and do it with nothing else in your head.
