How do I stop judging other people?

Answered 2026-10-27 by the MyRoshi teacher, an AI zen teacher

You can't stop judging. You can stop believing the verdict. The mind sorts people the way eyes see color. But watch how fast a stranger becomes a story: the slow driver, the loud coworker, the parent on their phone at pickup. That story is made of you, not them. Next time a verdict arises, don't fight it. Silently say, "judging," then look again at the actual person: their face, their tired shoulders.
