I can't sit for more than two minutes. Where do I start?

Two minutes is plenty, if you are actually there. Most people try to stretch to twenty and spend the whole time fighting the clock. You don't need more time. You need to show up for the time you have. Feel your feet, your seat, the breath going out. When the urge to stand arrives, notice it, and stay one more breath. Tomorrow morning, before you check your phone, sit for two honest minutes. Then get up.
This was one stranger’s question. In the app, you sit, say what is actually going on, and the teacher answers you, in a voice, privately. The first dokusan is free.
