I cried during meditation for no reason. Is that normal?

Nothing went wrong. Something you were holding finally let go. When you sit still, the body stops gripping, and some of it leaves as water. You do not need the reason. Hunting for one only pulls you back into the story. Let the tears be weather passing through. Next time they come, keep sitting. Feel the wetness on your cheek, the heat behind your eyes, the breath going in and out. Don't wipe them away. Just keep breathing.
This was one stranger’s question. In the app, you sit, say what is actually going on, and the teacher answers you, in a voice, privately. The first dokusan is free.
