I feel peaceful on the cushion but lose it the moment I get up. Why?

You don't lose the peace. You stop allowing when you stand. On the cushion you let everything be exactly as it is. The moment you rise, you go back to arranging the world, and the arranging is the noise. The peace was never a feeling the cushion gave you. It was the allowing. So don't end the sitting with the bell. Next time, stand up slowly and keep allowing through your first three steps, your hand on the door, the kettle filling.
This was one stranger’s question. In the app, you sit, say what is actually going on, and the teacher answers you, in a voice, privately. The first dokusan is free.
