Should I meditate in the morning or at night?

The best hour is the one you stop negotiating with. Morning sits are clear before the day crowds in; night sits gather what the day scattered. Neither is holier. But a practice decided fresh each day is decided away most days. So choose once, and let the choice be done. Tonight, before sleep, set the cushion where you will trip over it, name tomorrow's hour aloud, and when that hour comes, sit, whatever your mood says.
This was one stranger’s question. In the app, you sit, say what is actually going on, and the teacher answers you, in a voice, privately. The first dokusan is free.
