Refund & Cancellation Policy

MyRoshi is operated by Saravanakumar D, an individual sole proprietor. Registered address: 1, Vadakathi Maariyamman Kovil Street, Kamarajapuram, Uppukotai, Theni, Tamil Nadu 625534, India. Contact: myroshi.app@gmail.com.

MyRoshi is a digital subscription. Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (“Paddle”), which processes billing and refunds on our behalf.

7-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Plans are $150/month or $1,440/year (a 20% saving). If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, or by emailing myroshi.app@gmail.com.
  • Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
  • Cancel after the trial and your subscription stops renewing; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

  • The free trial lets you try MyRoshi fully before any charge.
  • If you were charged after the trial and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
  • Beyond the 14-day window, refunds are considered case by case, and are always granted where required by applicable consumer law in your country.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net (or use the receipt Paddle emailed you, which links to Paddle’s buyer support), or email us at myroshi.app@gmail.com with the email address you used and the approximate date of the charge.

Billing problems and chargebacks

If you see an unexpected charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, its name may appear on your card or bank statement.
